Existing customer renewal

Renew an existing subscription with the right account details.

The renewal page is for current IPTVUSCA customers who already have login credentials and want to continue a prepaid subscription.

Information support needs

Provide the existing account username, requested plan duration, number of device connections, country, and preferred payment method. Check the username carefully so the request can be matched to the correct account.

  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew.
  • Use the trial page instead if you are a new customer.
  • Never include your account password or payment secrets in the form.

Plan around the expiry date

Submit a renewal request before the current term expires when uninterrupted access matters. Support will review the account details and payment path; the protected form sends the request to the same internal inbox used for renewal support.

Confirm the account before requesting a term

Use the username from the active or recently expired account, not a new display name or email alias. Match the device connection count to the number of simultaneous streams you need and check the requested duration. These details help support distinguish an extension from a new account, trial, or player activation request.

Submit before expiry when continuity matters, but wait for support to confirm the account and current payment instructions before sending funds. Do not include a password, recovery phrase, card number, or private wallet key. Keep the response and payment confirmation with the account record so later renewal questions can be matched to the same subscription.

If the subscription has already expired, describe whether the existing login still opens and include the approximate expiry date. Do not create a second request unless support asks. One complete renewal thread reduces account matching errors and gives you a dated record of the term, device count, payment path, and confirmation.
