Customer reviews

Read customer experiences by the topic that matters to you.

The reviews page organizes published customer feedback around setup, sports, international channels, support, and stream quality.

Use reviews as one input

Filter feedback by the part of the experience you want to evaluate. Look for comments about devices and network conditions similar to yours, because player choice, Wi-Fi quality, and internet routing can affect an individual result.

Verify on your own setup

Reviews cannot prove that every channel, app, or stream will behave the same for you. Use the 24-hour trial to check login, picture stability, guide data, and support response on your own device before choosing a prepaid plan.

How to interpret customer feedback

Compare reviews that describe a device, connection, region, or use case close to yours. Separate comments about setup speed, support communication, interface preferences, and stream behavior because each reflects a different part of the experience. A short positive or negative statement without context is less useful than a detailed account.

Published feedback is historical and does not guarantee future channel availability or identical performance. Use it to create questions for your own trial: which device was used, what was tested, when was support contacted, and what changed after troubleshooting? Your own current test remains the strongest fit check before choosing a plan.

Look for patterns across several reviews instead of treating one card as a measurement of every account. Dates matter because apps, devices, networks, and lineups change. The published collection may help identify what to test, but it is not an uptime report, a current inventory, or proof that another customer experience will match yours.
