Before you begin
Confirm your subscription or trial is active, install a compatible player from a trusted source, and identify whether your setup uses Xtream Codes or an M3U playlist. Most guided setups take about five to fifteen minutes after credentials arrive.
If the first login fails
- Check the server URL, username, and password for typing errors.
- Make sure the device has a working internet connection and the app is current.
- Restart the player, test once more, then send the exact error and device details to support.
Validate each stage before moving on
Install the player, add the login once, and confirm that the account loads before changing advanced settings. Then test one live channel, guide data, and one on-demand item where available. Working through those stages separately helps show whether a problem belongs to installation, credentials, the playlist, or playback.
Use a wired connection when practical or test near the router to separate Wi-Fi conditions from account issues. Keep the app version, device model, login method, and exact error available for support. Never publish the server URL, username, password, or playlist because those details can expose the account to unauthorized use.
After the basic login works, save the player configuration only where the device protects it and remove old credentials before selling or giving away hardware. If guide times are wrong, check the device time zone before rebuilding the playlist. Change one setting at a time so you can identify which step fixed or caused the problem.
